What this project does
Corporate Violations Index is an independent bilingual evidence library. It makes selected public enforcement records easier to find, compare and understand while keeping allegations and policy analysis separate from formal findings.
Editorial position
The project has an accountability perspective: people should be able to see how powerful companies are regulated and where enforcement falls short. That perspective does not change the classification of an individual record. Case summaries aim to be neutral, precise and proportionate to their sources.
Scope
The first release covers audited material concerning Amazon, Meta and Microsoft. It is not a complete register of corporate misconduct and does not rank companies. Coverage will expand only after the evidence model is stable.
Independence
The project is not affiliated with CorpWatch, any listed company, regulator or law firm. It does not offer legal advice. Source code and editorial changes are publicly reviewable on GitHub.
